Featured Wall Installation - Nashville, TN

Signature Art Glass was commissioned to create a feature wall installation in a popular entertainment venue main bar area. Working closely with the design team artist Eric Mendelsohn designed and engineered this all glass wall installation.

Ninety-six pieces of 1/2" thick glass (each piece 108"x 12") were cut shaped in random patterns and kiln fired at high temperature over textured molds. The thermo-formed textured glass is cooled, chipped on one edge and then installed on the job site into vertical channels containing LED light bars separated by black mirror strips.

This lighted glass installation is a dramatic example of textured glass used as a focal point offering the illusion of motion and fluidity. Overall Dimensions: 9 feet tall twenty five feet wide.
